All our five rooms have double beds that cannot be separated into single beds, heater or air-conditioning, separate space for your clothes, a cosy Moroccan lounge and Wifi. All bathrooms are decorated with traditional Zellige and have a sink, toilet and a shower. We also provide organic bath amenities. A valid credit card guarantee for deposit or pre-payment is required at the time of booking. Credit card: 50% of the total amount of your stay will be debited by us asap.

There are few enclosed spaces at Le Limoun and much of life is lived in the open air – from our courtyards to our rooftop. Your peace of mind is paramount of course so social distancing will be observed throughout the hotel and also the following measures:

• All our staff have been trained about Covid-19, how it spreads and how to contain it
• Temperature checks for staff and guests on arrival
• Hand washing stations have been installed at the main hotel entrance and on the rooftop terrace
• The exterior of your luggage will be disinfected before being taken up to your room
• Complimentary hand gel will be available in your room
• We will follow Moroccan government guidelines on the use of face masks
• All contact points – i.e. door handles, public rest rooms & table tops – will be regularly disinfected throughout the day

Policies for non-refundable rates: We require full payment at the time of booking and in case of modification, cancellation or no-show, the whole amount is non-refundable.

Policies for normal rates: A 50% deposit on your total room reservation will be taken on booking. Your deposit will be fully refunded (less 7% of bank charges) for all modifications or cancellations up to a month prior to arrival. Your 50% deposit is non-refundable for all modifications or cancellations up to 14 days prior to arrival. For modifications or cancellations made 14 days prior to arrival, or a no show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Special Requests: Any special requests cannot be guaranteed and will be honored based on availability and may incur additional charges.

City taxes of 2.50 Euro per person / per night is not included in the rate.This tax is repaid to the city of Marrakech and to the Office National Marocain de Tourisme.

To make your arrival more comfortable, we can organize an airport pick-up for you with our private transfer directly to Riad Le Limoun for 20€ up to 2 people, or 30€ roundtrip. For this service, please provide us with your flight details as soon as you confirm your booking.

If you arrive by yourself, let us know at what time you arrive at the Bab Doukkala Mosque – we will pick you up there to avoid any problems with the faux guides.
